OVERCOMING LOW SELF ESTEEM

Self-esteem refers to how we think and feel about ourselves. It can influence our emotions, behaviors, and relationships. If you have low self-esteem, you may struggle with feelings of worthlessness, self-doubt, and insecurity. This can lead to difficulties in social situations, work, and personal relationships.

It's important to recognize that low self-esteem is a common issue and can develop due to various reasons, such as past traumas, negative self-talk, and societal pressures. Regardless of the cause, there are ways to improve self-esteem and enhance mental well-being.


Do you think you're not good enough, not likeable, not getting much out of life, or doing something bad or wrong? If you feel this way, maybe you have a low self-esteem. You might find it hard socializing or public speaking and have issues setting healthy boundaries.


Not appreciating your body image or appearance can be a sign of low self esteem which is mostly common among females. If this is how you feel, I want you to know that you're not the only one. I experienced this for quite a long time.


Low self-esteem may starts at a young age, often because of a traumatic event, abuse, or neglect that we experienced. It can also be caused by lack of appreciation from family and friends.

I am a living testimony and I am proud to tell you that I have been a victim of low self esteem and I overcame it. You too can also overcome it only if you believe you can do it and be able to stand confident among your peers and the society at large. This can be achieved by getting help from a certified therapist.
